Since my thread in December I've lost 20 pounds from exercise and eating healthy, I still have much work to do, but it is encouraging to see progress after years of being a tub of lard. School is coming to a close so I will be much more active in this week starting Monday. I just need to reinstall windows and some games. Congrats to all the new people in HG and all my old friends who have not gone full retard and gotten themselves banned.
