A T then jumps out from inside his cell and THEN crouches to the bottom of cell stairs. A CT then kills him, that is OK. An admin slays the CT that killed the T for jumping out from inside his cell, that is NOT ok. Faded said to post this and JJK also confirmed this ruling. P.S.
