The past few weeks, I've been in the process of completely re-writing the public LR mod that we use from the ground up. It was a pretty big task, as I said... it was completely recoded from the ground up. Anyways, a bit of info on the new LR system. Rebel Tracking on LR Rebel tracking is now done on LR, unlike before If you were a rebel before LR, like before, you are given another chance and are no longer a rebel. If you are not playing an LR, you will become a rebel like usual (hurting, or killing a guard) If you are in a LR that doesn't require you to kill people, and the script CAN track the winner (Chicken Fight, Gun Toss) and you hurt/kill a guard, you will become a rebel If you are in a LR, such as shot-4-shot, and you hurt/kill the CT you are against, you WON'T become a rebel. But if you hurt/kill someone you aren't against, you WILL become a rebel If you win an LR, and it is tracked by the script (Chicken Fight, Gun Toss), you can kill the guard you were against without becoming a rebel. But if you kill him before you win, you will become a rebel. If you are a rebel, and you try to LR with someone, the CT will have a menu appear and will have to accept the LR. Read more for info on rebel during custom LR. Custom LR You can now select Custom LR through the menu, or by typing !customlr Once you choose custom LR, a menu will be sent to all CTs asking to accept your LR. If a CT accepts your custom LR, you will not become a rebel for hurting/killing that person Anyone that accepts your custom LR will be turned green, as opposed to blue for regular LRs. To end a custom LR early, the t may type !endcustomlr Only 1 t can have a custom LR at a time Instead of going through !lr, a T can also simply type !customlr New LRs Custom LR (duh) Third person knives Legally Blind Knife Fight Acid Trip Knife Fight Dizzy knife fight Sudden Death knife fight Scouts Knives Frag Wars - HE Grenade duel on top of "hurdles" Star Wars - Both players are given auto shottys (or para or mac 10 depending on what you chose), and they duel it out with cool effects and unlimited ammo. Back Stab Only Knife Fight Obstacle Race - T has to push the obstacle button, CT has to make it off obstacle Fountain Jump Contest - First person to get on top of second tier of fountain wins! Headshot only - T choses the weapon, only headshots do damage. LR Changes Deagle Toss is now restarted if someone interferes (catches the gun of someone that throws) Deagle toss now chooses the winner automatically. There is an anti cheat system in place, but if you manage to purposely get around it... bad things will happen. During a Deagle Toss, the CT is not allowed to drop their gun until the T has. General Changes Winning an LR gives you 5 rep Getting to LR increases the score for the CT team. Keep in mind, that there will be more LRs on the way, and there's still 2 of the old LRs missing as of the time this was written (hot potato and russian roulette). But, they will come shortly. And please, please please report all bugs HERE. Or else they will go unnoticed. And, post any suggestions for new lrs HERE, or again, they will go unnoticed.
