This is how you provoke creativity and innovation out of people! You don't step on someones ideas with paperwork and men in suits who have no idea what the fuck they are doing.

Hey hey hey, I wear a suit to work and I regularly step on people's ideas during meetings. Big scale condo development near Miami International Airport? I don't fucking think so.

As long as you look attractive in a suit you shouldn't complain

This ^. I like a formal work place, it looks more professional. And I like offices. There should be a sense of authority and rank. Offices are the perfect way to show rank. People who have cubicles are lower rank employees and offices higher rank. Not trying to be elitist, but I feel that there has to be some authority, at least in my business that is. We still get a lot of freedoms though. When someone gets a new office, they are allowed to re-do it with all construction services provided for free. I've had my office re-done a few times now. Another good way to show rank is to assign employee parking spaces by ranking. In our company the executives get spaces closest to the entrance in the garage. My space is the 7th away from the entrance. CEO's space is first.

If you have someone that suggests something along those lines then they shouldn't be working there in the first place. But that isn't wasn't what I was talking about, the gaming equivalent of that scenario would be "well I think we should release this title the SAME day as a AAA Publisher." I was talking about creativity, so if someone at your job says "Hey guys I got an interesting design that people might like can we take a look at it?" and you respond with "NOPE I KNOW THINGS" then you're turrrible.
