Please tell us about the incident: I muted someone for spamming, and he takes lead, and Purple Spartan unmutes him. This is his 3rd or 4th abuse report, if I'm not mistaken. Spamming over lead with, with a warning from Consuela before hand, is not acceptable. In all your abuse threads, you try to get out of it by doing things like "muting him again another round" or even giving someone rep.
