Temporary Workaround to Type Glitch in Jailbreak

I've told some people in the server, but I still see people with troubles getting around the glitch. I haven't had the type glitch since I started doing this:

 

1. Join the server as usual. Click continue or let screen go to MOTD, whatever you want.

2. Click on the OK for MOTD.

3. Wait out the 10 seconds that the server gives you to join a team. Let it auto-assign you.

 

It seems to have worked for the people that I've told about it, so if you get frustrated by the glitch, go and try this.
