The only thing you can do is switch weapons and flash flashlights. Also, little twitches shouldn't be punished. If someone nudges their mouse a little don't kill them. If it's less than 90 degrees, don't shoot. And even though what ascii said should be valid, a lot of cts don't understand that and it'd lead to freekilling. (Switching weapons is not frozen, looking everywhere aka freelook is not frozen, knifing is not frozen). But cts shoudnt be freeze nazi as per motd, on frozen order if t just twitch they shoudnt die for it, if they keep doing it on and on then they should die lol.
