What workout schedule do you follow? Or do you just go day by day and determine what you think you need to work on most?

 

I really don't think I have an effective way of working out. I do bench every other day and then it's either arms, legs or a combination of everything after benching.

I also tend to do a shitty job at cardio as well.

I start with getting all of my sold and expired auctions from the auction house and reposting them.

I follow this up with collecting my herbs from the farm in halfhill and planting new ones.

next is a lap of krasarang wilds for some rare spawns to collect their pants for the guild bank.

sometimes I'll do a few laps of the shatter scar vale in felwood attempting to locate the Minfernal.

Just started a new regimen this week, so far so good though its hitting me hard. Tore something in my hand but i'm sure it'll heal up in a few days. Protein, cla and creatine along with 15 minutes of stationary bike cardio before i start my workout. After i work into my regimen, probably next week some time i'll be going and doing 30-45 minutes of cardio as soon as i wake up before breakfast every day.

 

Routine

 

Workout A:

Back Squats 5×5

Chin-Ups or Pull-Ups 5×5

Dips or Bench Press 5×5

Barbell Curls 2×10

Wrist Work 2×10

Calves 2×15-20

 

Workout B:

Front Squats 5×5

Rows 5×5

Standing Press 5×5

Deadlifts 3×5 (2 warm-up sets and 1 “stabilizer setâ€)

Wrist Work 2×10

Calves 2×15-20

 

Swapped out the front and back squats for the same reps on a machine. Can't balance correctly on my leg yet.

 

Training Schedule:

Week 1: A, B, A

Week 2: B, A, B

Week 3: A, B, A

Mondays- Biceps, Chest, triceps,calfs,lower lets.

Tuesdays-Cardio, Endurance, 2 mile run, drills (An assorment of jumps and stuff to get your blood pumping)

Wedenesday- Refer to monday

Thuresday-Refer to Tuesday

Friday-Fun day for other people ( I just work on my chest biceps and triceps with bench, military, powerclead, and dead lift.

40 sit ups every morning (this is cause i am in vacations atm)

 

But normally

 

Monday:

Cardio 5 to 7 miles,triceps then rugby

Tuesday:

refer to monday

Wednesday

Chest/Abs w/ 10 mile endurance

Thursday:

refer to monday

Friday:

50 push-ups, 50 sit ups, 40 jumping jacks, 50kg lift (25kg per each hand)

Saturday:

Lift 50kg (25kg per each hand) 200 times

I'm 14 years old so I don't do much lifting or else I'm afraid i might sunt my growth or I may get

some major injuries as I get older.

This is my routine:

 

Monday: jogging --> 30 sit ups --> 15 push ups --> shower --> Counter Strike before school :P

 

Tuesday: same thing

 

Wednesday: same thing

 

Thursday: Same thing

 

Friday: Same thing and I do 15 push ups after school and take a 30 seconds break then repeat the same thing 3x

 

Saturday: I play soccer :P

 

Sunday: I also play soccer >:o!

 

I love soccer ^_^

No one goes to the gym on sunday
