What holds the gameplay back is the horribly archaic user interface, the lack of outreach on the part of Hi-Rez to show players that they matter a la Riot or Blizzard, and the lack of truly original content. The engine is different, but the content is fairly recycled. In other words, I think Hi-Rez has a real gem of a game under their hold but they're going about marketing it completely wrong. My IGN is RisenLazarus I think, but I rarely ever play anymore. In fact I don't even think I reinstalled it after reformatting my drives a little while ago.
