I am an airline pilot for an international airline in North Carolina. During a flight this week when we were boarding the plane bound for London a lady came to the cockpit with a question. She asked the flight attended for a water and it was given to her. A few minutes later she comes to the cockpit when I was in the middle of all the pre-flight checks ect. She wanted to complain because of a "dent" in her waterbottle and wanted a refund for her airline ticket and a free flight to London. Tickets usually range from 300-600 USD $ for a flight like that. I laughed on the inside and told her to grab her bags off the plane and go see the TSA agent at the ramp entrance. The last I heard she was not given a refund and was not on my flight that day.
