Implying Racism (How Far Does It Go?)

I'll start off this with a quote from dictionary.com:

"A belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule others."

This is the definition of what racism truly is, and it captures it well. I have been playing on HG's CSGO jailbreak server for a few weeks now and I have seen a lot of people get kicked for "racism". I agree a lot of those guys deserve their kicks, especially the ones using "the 'n' word", etc. I respect that HG's server is trying to keep itself racism free, and thus saying words like that should be punished. However, to go as far as to kick people for saying a countries' name just blows my mind. I would understand if someone is implying racism, by using the word in a context it simply shouldn't be used in, but people should not be punished for saying the country. It seems as if the admins would go as far as to kick someone from the server if they said "I am from Niger". Please refer to the quote above when I say it is simply not racist in any way to say a certain countries' name.

So, where am I going with this? Today, I was kicked from the server shortly after asking why a fellow player of jailbreak was kicked. The answer was as follows: Pavin had changed his name to mention Niger (which is NOT racist in any way, refer to the quote above). Upon someone replying why he was kicked, I responded by saying "Niger is a place", and was immediately kicked as well. Please tell me how either thing implies racism?

I would like to request that, unless specifically implying racism by saying something (which it is quite obvious when it happens), people should not be banned or kicked. Simply saying the word Niger in reference to the country should not be bannable.

Are you kidding? Look at his bans. He's been banned for several times for racism. You really think he was using Niger and talking about a country? Get out of here with this shit.
