IIRC, CSGO doesn't have no spam. But to sum up this thread, paid admins don't have to do anything bla bla bla, you can buy admin bla bla bla, bla bla bla, etc. bla bla. Not everyone can or is willing to purchase admin, but you can still support the servers and help keep them clean by submitting ban reports and/or finding a DA+ to join the server to help with any problems.
