tf2 Fire Limit

This disucssion can also be implanted on ALL HG jailbreak servers.

I am tired of people just randomly firing leads with no reason behind it. I am wondering if Bonbon you could add a Fire limit, for maybe 3 fires every 15 rounds? Something like this, it's honestly annoying when someone takes lead and seconds later the entire prisoner team is typing !fire.

My suggestion for 3 fires every 15 rounds is a bit too long, maybe 3 every 8 rounds or 5 every 10-12 rounds.

Everyone should get a chance to lead, there are people that always lead and are favored by jailbreakers, so they never get fired. Other new people though may want to lead but can't because they're always firing them.

Giving a fire limit will negatively affect jailbreak because it will allow Derp/bad Cts to lead without anyone able to fire for a certain amount of turns, which will be abused by freekillers and derps. The only way to avoid being fired, is by not being such a shitty lead in the first place, meaning you do not start off being a lead by saying "um...", being a major squeaker, or by giving bullshit tarps in the damn cells. I believe it should be revised and instead of there being a fire limit Ts should put Authentic reasons to fire the lead directly after firing. Also if people put an invalid reason or no reason at all should have there firing revoked for a couple rounds. [EXAMPLE] !fire hyper in cell tarping. [<--Correct. Incorrect-->] !fire hyper stoopid.

Reasons would take too long, it would take too much time and would be harder to code. Imagine having word filters so they cannot use reasons as "stoopid" or "cause". That would take too much work.

People need chances in jailbreak, people aren't going to magically know how to lead the first time, people learn like we all did. Limiting Fires is a great addition if it were to be added because people would be smart and save their fires for a time needed.

And also, there is most likely an admin on to deal with freekillers everyday, so that wouldn't be a huge issue or an issue at all with the amount of admins we have.

I was gonna post something clever but instead i am going to link all the other "!fire abuse" threads that there have been. I mean come on do you guys ever search the forums before making a topic? This has been discussed so many times that it isn't even funny.

but if you don't feel like reading all those here:
