He had numerous headshots while I was invisible spy. I started aproaching him avoiding the line of his fire but he would run into me and kill me with melee or just shoot me with submashine gun. The demo I have attached is about 6-7 minutes lomg. The evidence appears after 5 minutes of play when he is near the tower and in the tower. You can clearly see 2 cloacked spies, red and blue.
