This is a video taken at 4:45pm CT of Orange hopping around (rainbow trail) In-screen demo will not show the same effect has it does from another player's viewpoint. He is either scripting or modifying his settings in such a way as to give him an unfair advantage over other players. and there is a tutorial on how to do this on his Steam Profile page, which is further proof.
