This happened on Trade 2 people were just messing around as usual. When suddenly this player "a" joins and peeks from spawn and it's head shots galore. In the demo attached he seems to be looking at people through walls which leads me to believe he had wall hacks enabled and he would go from missing shots to just hitting every head shot and flicking around like crazy so he was most likely toggling. Plus the fact that this account was merely created today leads me to my conclusion that this is just a throw away account this player uses to hack on.
