For some reason he wasn't showing up in my usual Steam ID sites I use for checking profiles, but luckily SteamRep worked. Here's a link to that https://steamrep.com/search?q=%5BU%3A1%3A1024020065%5D
On Trade 2 this player just came out of spawn with nothing on and was headshotting people left, right, and center and later in the demo even invisible spies. As you can see on the Steam Rep site his account was merely created today. The crazy flicks along with multiple kills of invisible spies leads me to believe this player was using cheats.
