Believe him to be toggling cheats, he will talk and claim he's on an old computer.
his skill is bad, then he will disconnect and rejoin on his "new" computer, his mic doesn't work on his new computer, but he can all of a sudden bhop with around .50 - .55 perf and pull off a ton of headshots and his skill is greatly improved. there are several demos here, some with him talking on the mic, on his "old" pc, and some with him claiming his mic doesn't work on his "new" pc, but with drastically improved skill.
