A ban request was submitted to me about breaking NLR, which I am guilty for although I wasn't given very much merit. Anywho, a month ban for things I didn't do seems kind of...well dumb, really. I'm almost never racist, and I'm sure pretty much the whole server can vouch for that, also the only reason I was arguing was because the man who was the primary target of my dispute refused to listen to what I was saying, and as was my reason for calling him a dipshit, which I'm sure was wrong as well. However, a MONTH ban for things that I don't even do (RDM, always being disrespectul, racism) is just taking things way too far. You banned me for a week awhile ago, and I learned my lesson from it, I don't argue on ooc EVER when the server is populated, unless I'm trying to tell someone a rule or what they did in a certain situation was wrong, and the only reason I even said anything in ooc that night was because there were like...7 people on and half of them were my friends/orgmates. So, y'know, sorry about the disrespectful I said to you before, Kigen, but this is completely unjust and unfair.
