how to do it ???

I know that a lot of people crash too on zs server but the last 2 days for me atleast has been worst, crashing every map change is really annoying and can't tell why it's happening and i don't know a single thing about computers, coding and that type of things, idk if someone knows why im constantly crashing or knows how i can fix it pls help because it's a pain in the ass to rejoin gmod everytime i get kicked out of gmod.
