How Fat/how Much Did Your College Books Cost?

So, I got all my college books, except for two that are in the mail now.

I'm taking three Automotive classes (my major) And I never thought my Fuels/Emissions book would be this fat. Yes, text books are normally fat, but this is just one subject of the 11 Automotive classes.

I spent $600 bucks on 6 books this semester.

you can do this? saved.

also got a certificate from promotion that gave me free books blah blah

ya just search for a pdf version of whatever textbook you need and you may be able to find it. This would really only work if when in lecture your books aren't used or if you are on a computer during class to have to pdf open. Wouldn't recommend for math classes

Far from it.

When one uses the books for reference everyday and reads the extra sections not covered in class during ones free time and has been doing so for the past few years, it's hard to think one was ripped off.

No, I mean, you could likely find them used for much cheaper than that unless you have some tool that actually writes their own exclusive textbook.
