My Personal Plans & Goals For Csgo

This is a completely personal goal oriented thread with no obligation to the CSGO division itself. I just want people to realize what I'm returning to staff for. With that being said, this thread is nothing more then a personal notepad.

 

Well hello. For the people that don't know me, hi my name is Suicide. I'm not creating this thread for attention, but rather I am explaining my plans for the CSGO division, and where I came from. So to start out, I was an ex-leadership of GMod divsision in 2012, and ex-leadership of BF in like 2014. So I believe this is my 3rd time around as Staff. The first time I got staff it was because I was pretty much on 24/7, the second time around I was asked to be a staff of a new division to help it grow, I shortly realized I didn't even like Battlefield so I stepped down about 2 weeks later. This time around, however, my goals are a lot different. I grew a passion for HG again and I wanted to help HG expand, aswell as the CSGO division. It's no secret that it hasn't been doing as well as it should be, and that's due to a lot of things, but I want to improve everything from the staff side of view. The CSGO staff has been doing a great job so far, RageQuit really knows how to run a division and I give him props for that, now I'm here to help improve. My #1 problem the first time around was that I just completely lost interest in the division. I got into CSGO back then and just didn't want to play GMod. My personal goal this time is to not lose interest. To not just step down this time and actually stay staff for quite awhile.

 

Now, onto what I want to help out with within the CSGO division.

• Opening lines of communication
  

Many people have stated there is no direct communication between higher ups and players. Well I'm here to help you get your opinions to the right people. I have no problem talking to dL+ with your comments, questions, and concerns that you have

for CSGO. I'm also here for anything you'd like to be talked about privately. The rest of the CSGO staff are also always on teamspeak and are pretty easy to talk to.

• Repopulation
  

Many servers in HG need to be repopulated. I want to pick a server to work on and repopulate on a daily basis. There will also be prizes for certain people populating, look out for threads that are soon to come.

• Events
  

There are already some ideas I have in mind, and there will be an upcoming event soon with (hopefully) some good prizes. Karma will also be co-hosting it with me (hopefully).

• Jailbreak
  

After sitting in jailbreak for the past few weeks, it's clear that jailbreak has basically become a shit fest for trolls. A lot of players are not abiding our rules. So hopefully with the new mods we have, and with the current CSGO staff, we can actually make jailbreak fun to play again.

 

 

So with all this being said, thanks for HG for another shot at staff, I'll stick around this time. And for the people that think they have a grudge with me, think again. I have no beef with anyone in this community regardless of what we've went through in the past, so if you think that I dislike you and I'm somehow going to use my staff powers against you, you're wrong. Truth be told I don't even remember half the arguements I had with people, and if you still hate me after all that, well then everyone has their own opinion, I'm here to help nothing else. Oh and one final note, people may ask why I went from being perm banned to being staff again, and just to kill off those potential rumors now, I was banned for something outside of HG and I won't get into it, but everytime I've been staff I've never used it as a leverage or advantage, and nothing is different from this time either.

Jailbreak
