Zeused Posted November 5, 2017 Share Posted November 5, 2017 (edited) this dude http://steamcommunit...61198114827944/ was impersonating this dude http://steamcommunity.com/id/dedandrei and tried to scam me with an alt/fake admin. here is da proof. so this random dude just traded me. he said "before we trade we need to verify your items" and totally avoids my questions so this fake admin was doing the classic "verify your items by giving them to me" then gave me a backpack.tf account of the guy he was impersonating (up above is his steam profile link) to show me his unusuals by the time he said "verify items" i knew this was already a scam. i found the legit dudes account and linked it to the scammer, calling him out he had his inventory private which was another sign. he started it with "oh this is my alt" so i asked him to add me with his main. at this point it was just trash talk because he knew he failed. then this :-( and as if that wasnt enough proof, his alt suddenly went offline a few seconds later. moral of the story - dont be a fucking idiot. dont scam, and dont fall for scams. edit - almost forgot. here is the fake admins account http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198086765859/ please report this dude and get him trade banned. thats all i ask Edited November 5, 2017 by _Zeus 4 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
