After a long time, I've already seen dozens of recruits in the TF2 side of HellsGamers. Is there any explanation for this spike or is it just coincidence? There are always peaks to recruitment. It’s a bit random and follows a couple of trends. From what I’ve seen, we get more recruits during breaks. Imperial Knight Posted March 9, 2018 Share Posted March 9, 2018 The Recruitment Team has started focusing on recruiting people in addition to reviewing applications and doing interviews since around November. We hope to increase the numbers even further with a new incentive reward program with tiered badges. Looking back at the statistics, not only are we trying to get our recruit numbers up but our approval rate up as well. This means referring quality recruits as well as employing new methods for getting the attention of anyone who may have forgotten they made an application. Initially, we were focusing on recruiting for CS:S and GMOD because they were lacking recruits far worse than TF2. Now that they are flourishing with new recruits and we have staff dedicated to recruiting in those divisions, we have started to focus on TF2 as of recent.
