rhinos
So, i've recently had this trouble where at some random time not always my game freezes for about 15 secs and it turns into a blackscreen but i can still move around and hear the audio,There is no way to fix it i've looked up into a way to fix it but nothing seems to work. i've speculated that it's because of the windows i'm using. I'm using windows 10 and most people have trouble like this and they are using windows 10. does anyone know how to fix this i've tried literally everything to fix it but, nothing seems to work. welchnome
The monitor sounds like the most likely cause of the problem, what kind of monitor do you use?

KiLLeR SeNSaTioN™
I have Windows 10 (16Gb RAM) and no issues, but it's a desktop and i don't run the game inside a window I run it full-screen. If you run the game inside a window then you need memory for windows paging and swap space from the hard disk. Try changing to full-screen and see if that improves. Admiral MacK
Tack knows this stuff a lot better than I do, but from my previous experiences with a multi-monitor desktop or on a laptop, some computers have issues with certain games for their resolution or requirements on the display output. I had a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop for many years before the gaming station I have now, I noticed it would either flash or just keep a black screen for a few seconds during launching a game or while in it. Personally I've never been able to successfully recreate this glitch on any computer nor do I know why it happens randomly. But I would try game settings first personally. Possibly the laptop's display settings as well; setting the screen zoom to 100% instead of 125-175%. If that doesn't do anything, I hope Tack helps you out. Best of luck. rhinos
thanks to @Tack, my game so far is going well and it doesn't seem like it's crashing anymore.
