RageQuit
I know that the map was recently updated, but as far as I know, the cell-opening procedures were not affected. I remember that some CTs would purposely open the cells before any real orders were given by the lead; would it make a difference to have it so that either only the lead or no one at all (aside from purchasing the Cell Opener) can open it until a certain time (e.g. 5:30)? Not sure if it's that frequent of a problem, but I just wanted to throw it out there.
ExGBrian
Nope. If a player keeps on opening cells without your orders Warn/Teamlock etc we dont need derps on ct. Also RULE FUCKING 9 : D
Bonbon
If the lead doesn't say to not open cells, anyone can open cells... Half the time, the lead is on the other side of the map and can't actually open the cells, so it would just be a nuicance to only let him open it up. Even when it's like 5-10 seconds into a round before any real orders are established? I've seen admins in the past threaten with t-list and such, regardless of lead, if CTs continuously opened cells early.

It only takes 2 to say all T's freeze... Edited June 9, 2012 by ExGBrian

Finally... now people stop slaying or raging over cell opening... and leads start giving ACTUAL FUCKIN ORDERS instead of dicking around for 30 seconds. All of you derps let me clarify what bon bon said. He meant that anyone can open it after lead completes order like when cell doors open do xx. Not like open in middle of my damn order.
