I'm done trying to make nice with complete fuckin tools. This kid was walling hacking in HG's primary D2 DM server I point him out. (He was 300+ Kills with only about 80 deaths which isn't uncommon on your spawn camping DM server but this kid wasn't spawn camping.) apparently the kid is well known for being terrible among the server and yet he has 300+ kills and only 80 deaths PUSHING WITH AN AWP... After watching him for about 30 minutes it was obvious. He would rush to an area not checking anything then all of a sudden stop scope in a fallow along the wall until a person was magically in his crosshairs, but then again I suppose it was luck. aproximately 50 to 80 kills of luck I guess. So anyway Narc bans me for telling him he's an idiot for not even bothering to watch the kid which I can understand. He's an admin and I shouldn't be shit talking to an admin and normally I wouldn't but because the Kid wouldn't even take the minute it would have taken to see Evolved wall hacking I felt it necessary to say something to him about it. Its bad enough its nearly impossible to get an admin in the server to police it when you have Bhopping 1 clickers in the server but when one is in the server and he still doesn't want to do his job then he should have his admin removed, But then again I guess its perfectly ok to let friends of HG Cheat in HG servers and Ban the people who speak up when they catch said cheater cheating. Just for the record I just got finished playing a Cevo-Main season and right before that I was in the Cevo-Pro Placement Tournament I also have 6 years as an AC Admin for NFO under my belt with 400+ bans and 0 Overturns. Its not often I speak up about a cheater and when I do I expect a little more respect because I know what I'm talking about and I don't accuse people just out of the blue. There were plent of people shooting me in the face in the server but this kid made it obvious. Get your admins inline because right now Your Admins are under trained and Disrespectful it will drive traffic away, The traffic that has any common sence that is. But then again HG makes so much money off of complete morons so why would you even care to change anything. 1 things for sure. I won't be wasting my time on your servers anymore I despise playing with cheaters and the more I play on HG servers the more it seems HG has no issues with cheaters instead HG Admins ban the ones who stand up against the ones who point those cheaters out. Most people around here dont have much experience or common sense to realize the kind of things you have or try and fix them. But hey, do what you need to do. And you have a very good and valid point here, and all they can say is, "keep your mouth shut in the server and dont give your 2cents" or "Go and buy admin yourself so you can ban them" Lmao, its obvious no one gives 2 shits about the servers and how well their maintained or how smart & good the admins are. As long as they're making the $$$ then they are good to go! But hey, there is nothing you can do about it. They sell a shit ton from admin and VIP, and then they make a shit load more of a profit from Donations. HG gets like over $1,000 more a month than they really need. Usually even more! But we still got stupid admins all over the place on servers. That shows the truth a little bit their to me..but hey the handler of the money is BANKIN! lmfao. Have a good one Apox! They did not buy it so they could monitor every hacker in the game. After watching him for about 30 minutes it was obvious. Jeebus man... You went to all that trouble, but didn't bother opening console and typing "record hacker"? If you provide proof of hacking, the hacker will be banned. That's what the ban forum is for. There's not going to be admins monitoring every server for hackers. That's just unrealistic to expect that. We rely on tips from players for the vast majority of bans. I shouldn't be shit talking to an admin and normally I wouldn't but because the Kid wouldn't even take the minute it would have taken to see Evolved wall hacking I felt it necessary to say something to him about it. Again, it's not his "job" to police the servers. He bought admin with his own money for his own purposes. As long as he doesn't abuse, he can do [or not do] whatever he wants with his admin. Staff consists of Division Leaders, Division Managers, and Division Advisors. These are people with brightly colored names who you can contact for assistance. They are often in TeamSpeak so if you need help banning a hacker, feel free to contact them. ----- But they won't know about hackers unless players report hackers.................... Do you think running this many servers is free for us? It's not like we're some mom&pop shop hosting 2 or 3 CSS servers on an old Windows 98 machine in our parents basement. We own and co-locate very powerful server racks at really expensive datacenters with lots of bandwidth -- on two continents. In short ----- it costs us a shit load of money every month. How do we pay for it? Do we charge players like you admission to play? No. We raise funds to cover the costs thru admin purchases + donations. We've been doing it for 7 years. If you think we're being corrupt with the money we get, feel free to play on someone else's servers. The bottom line is: We have STAFF who can take care of server problems, but you have to let them know of the problems. They cannot be everywhere at once. We have like 50 some servers. And also, don't bitch at our subscribing admins for not doing their "jobs". It's NOT their "jobs". They bought admin to have fun, and as long as that "fun" isn't at the expense of innocent players (i.e. abuse), we don't care if they use it to police the servers or not. Whenever there's a hacker, or a scripter, or whatever else against the rules, you can always ask me (politely, thanks) to have a look, and I will myself, or I will get another dA+ in there if I cannot get there myself.
