For example, if a rebel kill gives +3 rep, then a guard who is in a gang gets +6 instead... It kinda relates to the "bad cop" role in prisons and such.. But, honestly I would only save rep for teh colored name. Also, increased speed would be awesome. EDIT: Im a retard, gang perks not points.
