Sidarius Posted October 24, 2012 Share Posted October 24, 2012 These boxes that constantly pop up when a player is t-listed or banned etc. that you have to hit "0" to close out of are driving me fucking crazy. They interfere with game play a lot, especially when on T and rebelling, that 1 second it takes to exit out of the message is all it takes sometimes and you cant switch guns etc. while it is up. I don't see any need to advertise the players that have been banned, it is already shown in chat/console and normally discussed in admin chat, do all people really need to see that message over everything else they are doing? There is already confirmation in the chat box that is displayed everytime a T-List or ban occurs what they are talking about would just eliminate the box. This is exactly what the issue is, it IS a big deal when playing on T, on CT it doesn't really matter because normally you have a second or two to hit "0", but on T, it is terrible. Many times I have been rebelling and just before I am about to knife somebody etc. that box comes up and it gets me killed because i cant switch to a gun etc. I know lots of people get the same thing frequently. Bans/Tlists etc. are already shown in chat at the exact same time, so it is a pointless feature that causes problems, why have it? It never used to be this way and I don't ever remember hearing people complaining that "I DON'T GET SPAMMED ENOUGH WHEN PEOPLE ARE T-LISTED, WE NEED A FEATURE THAT TAKES PRIORITY OVER EVERYTHING ELSE UNTIL CLOSED" Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
