I'm home cooking some chicken stir fry for us, and I need a white wine that would compliment the stir fry without being too overpowering. Does anyone know of some that I can use? If you are using wine, though, use about a half cup for it. You want it hinted in there, but also the taste of everything else. I'm no expert though. Damn your classy.
