His ping shows as 12 ms, but he's obviously losing a ton of packets or something. It's like this every time he connects too, it's not like it's an isolated incident. He skips around so much, he becomes very hard to hit. It doesn't show up in a first-person demo, so I had to do a free look. It took me a while to key in on him, but once I do, you can see exactly what I'm talking about. He also has an annoying habit of accusing some random player who kills him more than 3 or 4 times of using an aimbot, but that's neither here nor there. At minimum, jailbreak has it for 400+ ping, if it's maintained for a certain period of time. Admins and VIP have invulnerability to getting kicked for high ping, I think. The plugin checks their actual ping, and yes, as far as I know, they need to hold a ping above the maximum allowed latency for an amount of time.
