I feel like it was not that big of a deal for a ban, maybe a gag but not a ban. I know i say this a lot but it was just a joke to this guy that sounded like Carl from Jimmy Neutron, he said something of the nature like can i say the N word. Come on guys i heard people say worst today, You all know im not racist, if you don't want me to talk just say so....

Based on the fact that you have come back after a long time, and that you were willing to go through the effort to appeal; I'll reduce the ban to 1 day.
No more chances. One more slip up and you'll be gone for a much longer time.
