Firstly, You extensive history shows us that we can't take your appeals seriously. Everytime you "change", It seems you fall to your old troll ways. Second - In some of the previous appeals, they were a copy paste of eachother, showing laziness. In this most recent appeal, You are stating nearly the same thing as before.
