Just a tip, don't settle on low tier gut/flip knifes.. Try to trade your way up to atleast an $70 skin or a $80 skin and then you should go for a knife. If you get bored of that knife, its easier to trade up from that value than it is from a low tier guts and flips. Also, try to avoid battle scarred items. *Not always, but most of the time*. They're a pain in the ass to trade.. And for stattrak knifes, if you're looking for quicksales, ask for 70%. Their prices are unstable. *Also avoid if you can* I bought a knife, got bored of it, realized that there is no point in a knife, traded it up to break even with a bit of profit, sold it.. bought games and enjoy life.

I would again argue your point.. (Not really argue, but ....) Yes its fun, but it adds a lot of trouble for admins... How about maybe try and restrict it on some kill maps that can be easily exploitable because of it? Since there are not a lot of kill maps, compared to the course maps, i am sure that can be done fast

Well, its my time to shine yo, Feel free to move it to the correct subforum if I got it wrong, but it should be here Anyways, i came to the forums to address some issues with the recent update that was implemented to the MiniGames server(maybe not recent , idk, wasn't on for a while) I am here to kind of ask Icon, or any other nice staff, to restrict !rtd access on some maps, or maybe even on the whole server. I understand that the server is Minigames but really, the problem that arises because of it is exploiting. I'll start off with why I wanted a change: I was playing casually on CS:GO minigames server on one of my ex-favorite maps(mg_race_long_extended), a map that was fucked up after Valve decided to fix the wall penetration, casually recking noobs, wall(sound)tracing some people, and trying to be an attention whore, like everyone.... on that server... I was twice denied my 1v5 clutch because: 1. some people already had high-penetration guns when they shouldn't at that point.(ruining the whole point of the map of getting a reward for a run) 2. I was getting shot thru the walls with people exploiting the map. Before any of you start bitching about reporting a player if he's exploiting.... well.... That's gonna be shit ton of reports and it may kill the server.. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MOVING ON TO THE MAIN POINT FROM THE USELESS RATTLE ABOVE ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I know that the rtd was implemented for a long time on some of the servers, but it is useless in MG. Yes, you can get speed and rek people and farm points with a knife on gun maps.. You can easily double jump, jump using gravity, bhop using decreased gravity into an area that you shouldn't be accessing. <= exploit. ^you get what i mean.... That's one example for you, lets take a look at any course map, ANY map. Doing it short and swift: Does it benefit you that there is a plugin? No. Is it fun? Sometimes. Is it needed? not really. I am sure by this point you understand what my whining is all about: TL;TR: remove rtd pls. How long did it take me to write this: 5 min. Do i care on the overall scale: Not really. Do i care at all: sometimes, when i can't clutch 1v5 against silver I's OH, before i forget.. To make things short for the staff, here are some of the possible solutions: 1) Removing rtd as a whole *Easiest *No one is gonna give a crap 2) Restricting it on course maps and some kill maps *A pain in the ass to go through such a long map list 3)Lock this topic, put it into archive, sending me to hell and possibly perma-banning me *Easier than 1) *No one is gonna give a crap for sure *I won't give a crap === Edit #1: This post is crap, the format is crap and its cancer to eyes..
