What Is "hyperscrolling" ?

Recommended Posts

As I was having a lovely time on the csgo jailbreak servers, bunnyhopping through deagle cage and tossing my deagle back over to get a super gun toss, I was messaged by an admin to stop "hyperscrolling". After further discussion I was told that it was something to do with your mouse infinitly scrolling and by others a script. So what really is hyperscrolling and is it bannable? I'm very confused.

Basically, a hyperscroll is where you scroll once and it dosn't stop scrolling, and a macro is the same thing except you make it to spam jump over and over again on repeat, its basically a shitty script, follow the regular procedure if you find someone using this (warn/kick/ban), usually hyperscrolls/macros are 30+ scrolls per jumps but theres some that are 25-30+ per jump, but 10-16 scrolls per jump is possible.

This is bannable, so don't do it. I can't say whether you were or not because not every admin knows how to interpret macrodox properly, but you should be able to tell whether this description matches what they claim.

I've never used any sort of scroll wheel macro, I was just accused and didn't know what it was. Thank you for the info!
