  5. Welcome to Egyptian Sand. So, what's changed? As the server has changed and progressed over the years, the clear indication that the preferred maps to be played are small to medium size maps. As such, maps made a couple of years ago may not be balanced with the consent changing meta of HG ZS. Nothing against the original creator of ancient sand but, players are wanting maps to be less confusing and are more focused on the gamemode itself. To reiterate, the same basic layout of ancient sand has been retained with some areas deemed too undesirable to cade removed or edited to make cading more easier and streamlined. Most areas have been moved to mostly one side of the map so players can rush to a spot and still be close enough to rush to the cade. You can still jump and run around if you feel so inclined but, hiding spots on the map have been mostly removed. This isn't a hide-and-seek gamemode after all. Anyways, leave any feedback or comments below as always, map changes will be listed below. Screenshots Changelogs Version 1 - Major layout changes to simplify the map - Crate spots are now easier to defend - Crate spots are now varied - Christmas has been expanded - Water has been added to prevent kleiners from dying - Many pickups have been added - Major retexturing - Zombies gain a 15% speed boost to make getting around the map easier - Zombie spawn has been moved more central to help prevent spawn camping - Some secret changes Post any questions, suggestions, or bugs below!

  6. Hello, I've been playing on HG servers for about 5 months and I've been a recruit for about 4 months now. I am relatively unfunny because I'm a teenager and I don't really have anything to do in life so making bad jokes is the next best thing. I play CS:GO a lot and really the only HG servers I play on is the JB ones. That's all I gotta say, see ya.

  8. Hey guys just a quick update about my recent decline in activity. As you all know, we recently started pushing out the COVID-19 vaccinations (Moderna and Pfizer). Those of you that have conversed with me know that I'm a Combat Medic in the active duty Army and currently work at a clinic inside the Pentagon. Once the vaccines were approved for distribution, this meant that we were greenlit to start doing all the VIPs in the building (4 star generals, SECDEF, etc.) As of last week, we are now doing vaccinations for more general population from about 6am until about 4-5pm averaging about 400 shots a day (on a regular day, there are 27,000+ people inside the Pentagon). If that didn't keep us busy enough, then that whole Capitol siege happened and well, that meant we were on standby to provide medical in the event something happened on inauguration day. Luckily, all was quiet for us and we wound up having a fairly uneventful day. On top of that, I've been doing quite a bit of schoolwork since I'm at the end of a term and also being a dad of course! Hopefully I'll be back to playing more in the future, but just wanted to give everyone a heads up and let you know I'm definitely still around! Much love, Chris

  10. As the original 100 traps God and the first one to add it to minigames. I say adding it is a very bad idea. I rather have a 24/7 100 traps server that way people that want to practice can. Issue is that there is always enough people that want to continue trying that RTVing off that map is very hard to do. Imo we should do 100 traps event or something. Like 100 traps nights. Where we do 100 traps and do some sort of ghost stories teamspeak event at the same time. Idk Conclusion: I've seen 100 traps kill pop every single time. People leave and the ones that don't won't rtv, so even more people leave. It was a bad idea when I first added it, and its a bad idea now

  11. It was a random day in September of 2020 that I found about HG. I wasn't really a big fan of community hosted games or stuff like that, but I decided to take a look. The one that intrigued me the most was "24/7 JB" I played it and after that day, I discovered the world of batshit crazy. I loved it. Later, I become an HG recruit and I play on the jailbreak server almost everyday. That's all I gotta say, see ya.
