The soccer day lasted what felt like hours for red team to come out on top in the end! Great day lead by King Lime and Optical's amazing commentary skills on the play by play action! Counter-Strike_ Global Offensive 2021-05-26 14-51-48.mp41 point

So I joined the server halfway during the day. Not being prepared to record, I used the xbox windows game bar to record the last 30 seconds of my game to capture this funny day. Realistically, if I knew the key bind to capture the last 30 seconds instead of opening up the overlay of windows game bar and hitting record, that is why it shows the cursor. As for the viewmodel, I'm sure you don't use the default viewmodel either, I personally like how the gun is centered to my screen so i can see more on my bottom right of my screen. Shoot me officer if this viewmodel is considered rebelling, I'll be a good boy I swear.1 point

I recently participated in Eddiecam's "Narco Takedown" Event and it was absolutely amazing. Our dev's put in amazing effort and so did the event host. The badges were absolutely brilliant, and the rewards too. I ended up winning the Corsair TC60 Gaming Chair! I wanted to make this post to thank Eddiecam for all of his hard work with this event, to thank the HGDC team for all of their coding for this event, and to thank Homer and HG as a whole for allowing this community to even exist. Ya'll rock! Sneak peak of the chair (not unboxed yet. I will unbox in august when I move to my 4 year uni) Expect to see the actual thing unboxed & portrayed come ~mid August. Again, thank you Eddiecam & all the people who made this happen!1 point

The title says it all, this gamemode can be really fun if played well by both teams in the game. So why not bring it back?1 point

Am I the only guy around these parts who has played Entropia Universe? Yes? Okay. So it came out in 2003 as Project Entropia by MindArk. It had one planet known as Calypso. Why do I mention the one planet? Because today there are several planets in the game such as Rocktropia, Next Island, Arkadia, and more. But there's a catch that makes it interesting. You see, Entropia is different than most games. The game uses a real cash economy and everything has values based on US Dollars. 1 PED (Planet Entropia Dollar, the in-game currency) is equal to .10 cents USD. With their economic system, you're able to deposit funds as you are with many games. Unlike a vast majority of other games, however, you're able to withdrawal money you've earned in-game for real money. This system has led to some people making some very questionable financial decisions, but it's paid off for a couple of them. Seriously, don't play this game to try and be rich. Fun fact: Out of the 10 most expensive virtual items ever sold (video), 6 come directly from Entropia. The game itself is a pretty standard MMORPG at the surface. You level skills as you play, and those skills collectively level various professions. The game is quite a grind and that makes it pretty niche. You can hunt, mine, craft, provide various services to other players, and much more. There are so many possibilities. If you'd like to give it a try, hit me up and I'll help you get started on your journey. It's fun to play if you like the grind and slow, yet enjoyable pace.0 points
