Hey everyone it's my first time back in 2020! Not many should know me but I'm new here unless you've been here long enough to know who I am. I played in the CSS HG servers back in like 2014/2015 and been gone for quite some time. But if you see me around don't be afraid I won't bite... yet... lol. But hello everyone!

Even if it's your kid that got banned, it is still your responsibility. You still need to provide us a screenshot of what game you are banned from. If you're not sure how to, go to your Steam Settings > Account and on the right side, there should be a VAC Status and click on the ? mark on that same line and take a screenshot of that. You will also need to link your SteamID here.
