Idea For Wunderwaffe

Well since it's basically guaranteed that the new T6 will be the Wunderwaffe based on the poll, I have noticed a lot of people are worried about how it will be different from the Grenade Launcher, including me. So here's my idea:

Make it like the Tempest from BO3 multiplayer. For those that don't know, the Tempest, when striking an enemy dead on, will electrocute them AND turn them into a pylon that electrocutes nearby enemies if they stand close enough, or approach the body while it's still in this state.

To translate that, the Wunderwaffe could have two types of damage: base damage to zombies in an AOE around the hit (just like the GL, though ideally with less damage), and damage over time from electrocution for a set amount of time.

If the player with the Waffe hits a zombie, both types of damage apply, and if they hit the ground instead, it leaves a pool of electricity that zaps zombies continuously as long as they stand in it (meaning you get AOE damage only).

This would make the Wunderwaffe require more precision than the GL to get maximum effectiveness, and makes it more of an area denial weapon compared to the raw damage dealing of the Grenade Launcher, as the Wunderwaffe should ONLY do more damage than the GL if you manage both types of damage via direct hits and the zombies stay near the electricity (meaning you should really only be shooting the Wunderwaffe at the cade to protect it).

What do you guys think? Is this different enough than the Grenade Launcher?
