To simply put, players on the zombie team that are VIP+ or Gold+ should be able to use sprays. Why aren't they able to use sprays to begin with? It seems limiting to enable sprays for only the human team rather than for sprays to be enabled for both human and zombie teams. Doing this is a small fix that stretches the flexibility of spray options for the player, and it also prevents the annoyance of being unable to test one's spray in-game on our ZS server if they join late and become a zombie.
