Hellooooooo caders, have you ever made a cade that didn't last pass round run? Are you constantly being viciously harassed about your cades, or do you not know why the prop wont stay still? Well look no further, here I will teach you a few tips/tricks that will make you not be hated by the rest of the living.
Tip 1: If you are new to cading, do not just jump headfirst into it, stand back watch other caders, learn by how they cade, which props they use and where, from there start offering them assistance and before you know it, they'll be some hopeless fella asking you if you need help.
Tip 2: Having problems getting your prop to stay still while trying to nail it? Well there is this wonderful bind that was coded into the the game for that specific reason. By pressing shift this will cause your prop to freeze in place.
Tip 3: Have you every put a cade together stepped back and realized everything was tilting sideways? Well, there is a way to fix this, by holding shift with alt, it will snap better and hold it in place.
Tip 4: Nail placement is a very good thing to learn, by now I'm sure you've tried putting two nails on top of each other, putting as many nails as you can into a prop is very important, that being so getting "Prodigy" gives you the ability of adding another nail increasing the health and the repair cap for the prop.
Tip 5: Headcrabs, though very small and very little damage, an army can do quiet a bit. When cading keep mind of headcrabs and spaces they could potentially get into.
Tip 6: If making a cade you should take on the responsibility of getting a forcefield and if possible a nailbot. These come in very handy as the waves go on.
Tip 7: If you want to cade and you notice people moving your props or taking of with them. Yell their name at the top of your lungs and then when they drop it put a nail in it, putting nails in props help claim it, make sure to put 2 nails as some people are still able to add a nail with only 1 in it (a**holes)
Tip 8: If your solocading and don't have time to defend while cading, buy a turret to do it for you.
Tip 9: Once you have established a front cade, start working on backup cades, you may just need it.
Tip 10: When you have people running around shit cading and claiming props they aren't using just press the "~" key and type kill.
Now that we've gotten over that, lets go over a few basic cade designs and props you'll need.

Now these are just some basic cades you can make, these a very easy and shouldn't take much time, most of these should last for a few waves, or possible all 6, but that's counting if you have backup props, have people repairing and defending. But being a cader is an important role and should be taken seriously, if you can't cade don't, if you want to then learn.
