Most people who use Linux do not run it on their main gaming comps, they use it on their programming comp. Linux is a great OS whether your doing web programming or languages like C++.

I'd love to learn lua, i know it looks simple, but I havent found any good resources for it besides just the documentation

Trash talk is okay as long as it isn't disrupting the server. please refrain from slapping anyone and yourself unless someone is stuck.
