Hey everyone I have some exciting news. I am opening a new Fund starting today to potentually Raise $1,100 USD. All frontpage donations will go towards this Fund. Other Funds are tied up and allocated for existing projects. Funds for Jailbreak are satisfied so that the server will stay online for many months. Funds for the ZS Server are satisfied because the server supports itsself well. All other game servers need work and do not support themselves well. This Fund is for a new AMD Ryzen 9 3900X Server box that will outperform all our existing servers. This new server box will be the first owned box for HG and it will be colocated in Dallas Texas, USA. It will be used with a new network we have planned for it and a new IP Block allocated for our CSS, TF2, GMOD, and new games. Over the last few months I have been testing a new network that leverages Anycast for our game servers with GFL Owner, Roy. (read more here) After many months of testing, the result was positive, which also contributed to the success of the Jailbreak server (Rank #13 in 30days). As a result of our testing, I have decided to move forward with the investment of putting more of our game servers on the Anycast network. To begin, we invested in getting our own IP Block (185.141.204.0/24), which is important because now we will never have to change the game server IPs again (once we start using them) if we need to move to a different datacenter hosting company. We can just point our ips to where we move the server box. Pretty cool! So.....as many as ya'll know, i'm probably the biggest rainbow 6 siege advocate in hg, been grinding this game for 2 years now, and it's likely my fav MP game ever. But....within this game there are more favorites to choose, so many cool characters, and everyone has got a fav, so tell me what's urs. On defense my favorites go to Ela Valkyrie Alibi, in the same order On attack, favorites atm are Zofia, Hibana, Ying, i used to love IQ a lot, and she is my most played operator, but till #IQFrags is back, she's dead to me :'( who are your favorites?

On defense probably Ela, because her gun is straight up cheating. Ez headshots all day. Attack probably Ash w/ G3 Holo because again you can get ez headshots, and you can just sprint inside with 3 speed. Gold players are dumb as shit ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

First of all, it's been discussed with mods+ recently that you (or any other people, for that matter) shouldn't be in the HGZS discord just to promote your twitch and I agreed. Recently, the only messages you've sent in discord have been links to your stream or pertaining to your stream. Once, you went 5 days without posting anything but your twitch link. I agree that Harle shouldn't have written down that rule, but the only reason it wasn't written down yet is because i had not gotten to it myself. That being said, you should've known that self promoting/advertising your twitch channel everyday would get you in trouble, and it did. ~Reviewed

Having 1000 maps is way too many. I think we're good with what we have now. In my mind, the reason we have this setup is probably that a good chunk of the maps that are/were on the rotation are hardly ever played. People vote for the map that gets the highest peak of votes first and/or maps that are "popular". Again, no one votes for certain maps so the best way to make sure all of the maps get decent playtime or at least a chance at decent playtime is to limit the amount that we have on rotation.

Personally I only use Ela for defense with the Scorpion (my main) Fuze for the offense with 6P41.
