    Abuse Report Abuser Name Harle Abuser's Steam ID/Unique ID STEAM_ Where did this occur? CS:S What server? ZS DISCORD How long ago did this take place? 10 min ago Give us a brief description of the incident. I posted a twitch link of my stream that was showing off the PC build i got from everyone from HG and was streaming doom after. My links kept getting deleted and there was no rule about promoting twitch. He then decided to abuse his power by deleting them and making a new rule on the spot just for me. This is clearly abuse. Proof Links? Check the discord logs
