HeLLsGamers Gaming Divisions Update October 10, 2017 Thanks to Ryze for all the GFX! First of all, I want to thank everyone for posting their Gaming Divisions ideas. After weeks of talking with Internal Affairs and the rest of Gaming Divisions Directors, we are proud to announce our first couple changes happening within Gaming Divisions! What’s New: There are now 2 categories for the games HG supports: Gaming Divisions - These are the veteran divisions that have been around for a long time or since the birth of HG. They all have Division Staff and Division Leaders that are dedicated in pushing forward the division. Most of us know them well. Games - These are newly supported games or revisited games by HG, these divisions are just starting to bloom and have not been notably significant in the community yet compared to the Gaming Divisions. These games have potential to become Gaming Divisions for HG, but have to prove they can thrive in HG’s environment. They are watched over by our Community Group Staff/Leads. New leadership role within Gaming Division. (More info below) Two new game divisions within HG! (More info below) Community Group role description: This new Staff position is dedicated into recruiting and bringing people into HG. In the process of doing that, we want our staff to be professional and have fun with the community while doing so. These people will also be in charge of watching over the division, making sure it’s headed in the right direction, and handling any drama or problems that may come. *** We are currently looking for dedicated members+ that are willing to help get these divisions off their feet and hopefully build its way to a Gaming Division in the future. If you interested in this new staff position for these new divisions, read below for the ILP application! PUBG and MOBA have both been added! *** What does Community Group grant?Gold Account (Admin) throughout all HG servers[*]Requirements for Community Group Staff: You must be an HG Member or higher rank for a minimum of 3 months since your HG Member Promotion thread acceptance date. Clean record (no bans, no “derogatory†marks, no “confirmed†abuse reports). [*]1-2 people will be chosen to be the “Community Group Lead†by the Gaming Division Directors. They will be responsible for leading the division and bringing in new Community Group Staff if needed. These changes are only within gaming divisions. For recruitment the only change is that PUBG and MOBA are going to be added to the recruit apps, from there you go through the same process as you would for any other division. Yes, we are keeping those separate for now because we want to give opportunity to the members interested in helping these divisions build up to Gaming Divisions. its prolly too late to ask this, but shouldnt pubg div be br div so we can expand and there is more opportunity in games like fortnite, h1 and amazon's upcoming br game? Good question, for now we are just testing the waters here just to see how these divisions go. If the opportunity shows itself, we will expand into those games.
