I think I just saw a vandal

So the other day I was riding my bike 'round the block. I saw some douchebag in some weird, old creepy ford explorer and he went around the street next to mine, stealing mail and replacing it with something. It wasn't a mail truck. He went around to like 20-25 houses stealing mail. Then I remembered how there was vandalism occurring throughout my neighborhood.     I think I saw the vandal.   Oh shit I should report this...

Another Blog on Setbacks

Welp, summer is over and I'm going back to school. Can't say it was the best summer, but can't say I'm looking forward to school. With 2 AP classes ahead I really dont wanna go back. This summer has been tough, lost 2 family members to cancer, one in the first week and the other in August. Losing my dog hasn't helped anything either, but should probably blame the guy on the fucking tractor, running over a dog at 2 mph. I've had my fair share of good things happen too, just doesnt feel like it's balancing out. Just gotta keep looking forward I guess. Not much else to do. =/

A little about my self..

My name is Sean.   I live in Connecticut in a small town. My town is actually one of 2 villages in a town. (Even this my "village" is larger than the town we are inside of)     I am currently taking adult education. Why? Well let me tell you a story...   Through my high school career I have had some medical problems. Nothing serious, just long recoveries. I ended up having 3 surgeries from Sophmore-Senior. And I ended up having to drop out of school because the recovires would last from weeks to months at a time. So now I am in Adult Ed. This summer I did online courses to finish the electives I would have needed to graduate from my highschool and this fall I am taking night classes for the english and math I needed to graduate. Then I get a regular highschool diploma and off to college. YAY.     And because of this downtime during recovery I have been getting a ton of gaming hours in and ive also got a little out of shape since I couldnt do much physical wise.   My grammar is not that good, its just something Ive struggled with all my life so please try not to get that anoyed by it. I try to fix any spelling mistakes I find but some usually get through.     I am debating weither to go into computer programing or geology once I finally head out to college.   But yeah, thats a short little back ground of me.

Foot Surgery

Yesterday at around 9 am, I had bilateral Surgery on my first toes. I was born with barely slanted big toes and now that I'm getting older they have slanted more and more. Not too much but enough to where it bothered me during hockey and other sports. So he cut the bones and broke them, aligning them straight. It was only about an hour procedure but I was passé out. Got home and was numb all day. When I woke up today, the real pain kicked in. No more numbing medicine, just a bottle of Percocets and some water. Every four hours I take a painkiller and pass out. Getting up and walking to the bathroom is the worst pain in the world. This morning I threw up from the pain and nearly blacked out. I now am laying here on a painkiller ready for bed. Just thought I would share a little of my life with all of you. Goodnight!

Old Hag Syndrome

Hello friends.   I have been up for the last 3 hours scared to death to go to sleep.   I recently watched Wickedshrapnel play "Slender". ( ) Throughout the gameplay he talked about "The Old Hag Syndrome". If you guys/gals don't know what it is ..it is often called "Night Terrors" or Sleep Paralysis.  Link: http://paranormal.about.com/od/humanenigmas/a/Old-Hag-Syndrome.htm   I have suffered from this since I can remember. Almost 3 or more times a month ..less than 3 if I'm lucky. If you have not experienced this, it is scary. It makes me not want to sleep some time (hence if anyone that talks to me the most knows that I say I'm tired ..but can't sleep)   This is why. Sleep Paralysis is a phenomenon that makes you paralyzed from moving. (even though it seems like you are awake, and your mind thinks you are.) You can see around your room, in your house ...but when I experience this, I try to scream, jump, move, get out of bed ..but all actions are futile. It is very scary. I'm not sure how to deal with it.   Have anyone else experienced this?

Men are superior to women.

This all began because of me being asked the question: "Is it ok to tell a girl she looks fat IF she asks you?"   I said yes. My logic? If you lie to a person in order to spare their feelings, you are actually hurting them because they can not only still sense in themselves that they are doing harm (whether it be a drug addiction or a bitch eating muffins) but now their denial is being reinforced by a loving person in their life. If you really love and care for someone who is bleeding lets say, and they ask you, "Am I bleeding?" are you going to tell them no knowing full well that it's against their well-being? (shock not included) I can't believe you would. In order to be a good man to your woman, you must always be truthful, REGARDLESS OF WHAT IT IS ABOUT. You will never be wrong if you're always honest, because you can hate someone for being a liar, but you can only envy someone who is honest. (You can quote me on that.)   Also remember that insecurity, not love or curiosity, is usually the reason with which a person is approached with such a question, and you certainly aren't wrong for being correct with someone who isn't secure with themselves; a good man (who sets a good example as a man and does right to his lover and to himself) will be there to support his woman when she's feeling beefy and will say "Hey though, don't worry we can go running together or work out, it'll be fun. Don't worry sweetie I love you no matter what, just trust me." <----Every woman's wet dream.   Now this in turn devulged into our thoughts about women and men in relationships and the roles of both, and then obviously and inevitably we come to the natural argument: Men vs. Women, superiority or equality?   My thoughts on that question: Men are superior. Now. Superiority doesn't mean better per say, nor does it mean every man can out-do anything any woman can, it just means we as men are able to consistently and statistically outperform women in a multitude of abilities, attributes, and in overall well-being.     It's no secret that men are PHYSICALLY able to outperform women. Don't believe me you say?   Fuckin' science: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16336006   That's one link and study done upon hundreds, don't make me be a link nazi.   Men have greater aerobic capacity and muscular strength in proportion to mass than a woman. This means we're stronger and run longer. So physically, a 5'2" woman versus the same sized man will always lose in any test involving strength or endurance. Any footrace or weightlifting competition or result that is to the contrary is a result of training and of biological origins; the latter of which is inherent in different genes and genepools and the former can be done by both genders, with men seeing quicker results within the same work and time-frame due to hormonal and mental differences. It's no doubt women are smarter in a physical and numerical sense, their mass-to-brain ratios are much lower than ours. We have equal sized brains, but women are smaller overall, therefore more efficient, and therefore better than us mentally. SPEAKING OF WHICH!!!   Estrogen vs. Testosterone (Girls vs. Boys): Testosterone and Estrogen are present in both genders of Homo Sapiens. They are the chemicals that decide us from even before birth. If your chromosomes (the blueprints of blueprints concerning the human body) are aligned to be a female (XY) you're going to have a life dictated by that hormone. Your chromosomes decided you were a girl, so you've got more estrogen being released into your body by your vagina and as such your development and thought-processes will be affected. Don't tell me hormones don't affect who you are, every irresponsible bitch on their rag uses that excuse when they complain about their bitchy behavior afterwards.   Now with this being said...where does that leave men? We have fluxes in our hormones too, sure, but the levels of testosterone in a man's body remain constant and fair throughout his life, only declining as he ages (at a steady and statistically predictable rate too!). So what's this mean? Checklist time:   A healthy man in one month vs. a healthy woman in one month A healthy woman may or may not feel like crying randomly due to HORMONES, a healthy man will never. A healthy woman will bleed for almost a week from her body, releasing valuble nutrients and minerals, a healthy man will never. A healthy man will not become insufferable or unpredictable sporadically for said week, while a healthy woman may or may not. A healthy man can build muscle and trim fat faster than a healthy woman can. A healthy woman can handle more shock and stress than a healthy man. A healthy man will be more prone to violence than a healthy woman. (Speaking chemically, not on the personailties of people) A healthy woman can multi-task, work, and live longer than a healthy man can. (Discounting war and certain variables of projected roles and ages that could affect the value.)   Bear in mind many men work more than women due (physically or mentally) in their professions than a woman would in the house-hold, which is where much of the age argument CAN come from, but look simply at biological efficiency due to mass and muscle work and size of the organs vs. said body etc. You'll see my point there.     Argue what you will of my bullet points, but they're almost certainly true in the logical, chemical, and rational level of what we can understand. If we bring in morality and fairness and statistical limiters, we can then even the playing field and take out the differences of the genders ( time on periods vs. non-periods for example) and look at those stats alone. But then we wouldn't be comparing genders would we? We'd be comparing cases in another long as fuck research role. My conclusion? A healthy man lives a calmer and more assured life than a healthy woman.   MEN > WOMEN.     But let me throw in one more caveat before I step off this textual rampage: No person is better than no other. The role a man plays (or the woman for you pussywhips out there) in my opinion is that of the protector and the leader. The man must protect his woman from harm, never harm her himself, must lead her correctly EVERY TIME, and must not fail her. To make a girl smile is to take a thought from her head and to make her not worry about it anymore, whether it be her weight or how to get to the freeway. You must take the burden she carries and make it yours, if only because you love her. Her burden is your burden, when she sees your confidence as a man is broken, or sees the side of you that can be deemed "a pussy" she falls all the more in love with you, because she can take care of you and see the happiness she will sow and reap.   Women need security, foundation, trust, comfort. Men need a vagina, a drink, a soft lying spot, and deep down inside: Everything a woman needs. When men can be men with their women and women can be women with their men that is when love is found, because that ultimately means: You can be yourself and they can be their selves. MEN BEAT WOMEN FOR THE REASONS I LISTED, BUT WOMEN BEAT MEN BECAUSE WE CAN'T BE US WITHOUT YOU.     Enough with this bullshit about what I was trying to explain, the way I was arguing had a point in it that wasn't allowed to be made (if I'm not the only one listening to the file correctly where I'm being trolled), enough with women in our clan who disagree with me and think better of themselves for putting down my opinion, but if you have a retort to show me anything logical or scientific (no emotional, moral, or social role discussions or arguments will be accepted bi0tches, gimme facts and figures that involve maths or logical observations) that can disprove my theories or my opinions then by all means share. But at no point in time will I allow or accept being insulted, berated, or disrespected for what I believe and think. I have never once wronged my girlfriend, and you can ask her yourselves if you don't believe me. I've treated all the ladies in this clan with nothing but love, and that alone affords me some level of respect.   So fuck you slanderous and libelous ho's, stfu before I pimp-slap you. <3

could have been home earlier...

But today while finish up me and my Dad's job, I was moving a wheelbarrow and hit some metal scaffolding which fell onto the ground and broke a pvc pipe and water began flooding everywhere. We turned off all the water to the house and the home owner was left with no running water. We then went to home depot, got some parts, fixed it. And yeah. 2 hours down the drain man:(

Chop eggs into finger size slices and layer. Lay optional cheese on top.   Roll buritto in on itself folding sides in and starting on the layered side. You should have fat and but together burrito with cheese against the seam.   lay burrito on the same skillet and heat used for the eggs with the seam facing down cook for 3-5 minutes on seam then flip and cook for 3 min. Flip again if both sides are not golden brown   The melting cheese will help hold the burrito together but it's ok not to. I pass on the cheese.   The eggs are the healthiest meat for recovery but chicken is ok too Sour cream optional topping but not really all that good for you.   PIC missing do to me being too hungry

Wise Words Of Wisdom

When it comes to working and dealing with the public ..it sure does take a toll on that person. Having to always be happy and smiling ..sometimes that smile is so forced ..you wouldn't believe it.   When it comes to servers, retail associates & everyone else having to interact with a customer ...if you are that customer ...be nice ...always. Not everyone is perfect ..everyone is entitled to make mistakes. If you, as a customer, gets mad over a missing sandwich ..you pop isn't refilled right away or if someone needs to ask a manager for their opinion ...understand that there is much more to the world than a couple of pickles on the sandwich ...the server has 10 other tables besides yours ..and the sales associate might not know the answer right away. No need to get mad ..or upset. They person trying to help you is most likely really trying to help you. It makes the situation worse when someone gets upset over something this isn't even worth it.
