With the help of Tack, Adam, and Slap we managed to get a pretty decent list. Northground and I decided to go one step further and find the dates in which these players were promoted to their positions and this is what we figured out. Now remember its unfinished and we might have errors in the list, feel free to let us know and we'll correct it.
