We are happy to announce a new position and sub-team within the Recruitment Team: Recruiter. With this, we are also bringing a change to the title of our current Recruitment Staff to reflect this change in responsibilities: Review Staff. This means that we are separating out Review Staff who are responsible for processing and handling recruit applications from Recruiters who are responsible for recruiting new people into HG. This distinction is being made because we found that the broad responsibilities put on staff often resulted in lacking activity in one sector or the other as well as displeasure from staff who wanted to just process applications versus recruiting new players and vice versa. Recruiter is not a leadership position but is nonetheless an HGCE position at HG. Just like all other HGCE spots, Recruiters will receive a free Gold Premium account [Admin]. Because they are not staff, they will not fall under the HGCE Staff chain of command category but rather normal Gold Admin. Recruiters' monthly referrals will serve as a measure of their work each month. This will be tracked in a private forum thread. We are allowing people to be both Review Staff and Recruiter. Current Review Staff can choose to be opted in as a Recruiter or not, speak to a Recruitment Lead. Just like all others in HGCE, Recruiters will be allowed to wear the [CE] tag in their Steam usernames. HGCE Recruitment Team (Committee) Recruitment Leaders Review Staff HG Role: Leadership Tags: [CE] Entry Requirements: Must have been an HG Member for at least 3 months to apply. Responsibilities: Reviewing and processing recruit applications. Interviewing and promoting new accounts. Maintaining the integrity of HG's overall recruitment review and interview processes by following guidelines and procedures thoroughly. Rewards: Gold Premium on all HG servers while staff. Ability to get retired leadership. Recruiters HG Role: Non-Leadership Tags: [CE] Entry Requirements: Must be an HG Member or an HG Recruit with a recommendation from someone in HG Leadership (Review Staff, Gaming Divisions, or an HGCE Leader) Responsibilities: Recruiting new players into HG who the recruiter feels would be a good fit. Speaking to players and informing them of HG and the benefits of joining. Being active in-game in order to advertise joining HG as well as getting to know regulars that are potential new recruits. Contacting active forum members who they believe would be a good fit in HG. Maintaining the integrity of HG's recruiting processes. Rewards: Gold Premium on all HG servers while a Recruiter. Ability to get a "Recruiter of the Month" badge for having the most referrals in a month out of all of the Recruiters. Ability to get badges based on their overall number of referrals; the amount of referrals required will be relative and subject to change: Gold Recruiter Requirement: Recruit 100 overall people. Reward: Gold Recruiter Forum Badge Silver Recruiter Requirement: Recruit 50 overall people. Reward: Silver Recruiter Forum Badge Bronze Recruiter Requirement: Recruit 20 overall people. Slowly working on it. Got a lot going on around my personal / family life right now. flooding is also restricting me from doing stuff. But i do what I can. I'm hoping for the end of the month, but if not it'll be a NEW Years surprise or something Maybe a Xmas Gift I'll keep you boys posted. Gotta work on the classes / props / maps.
