  1. Come find out who's your new Upper Leadership! Before I say anything, I just want to personally thank you for participating in this election if you have! Also, I want to thank the participants for expressing your interest in HellsGamers Upper Leadership. Without you guys, we couldn't have made this possible at all. During this process, the Elections Committee has reviewed each participant to see who's the best fit for all of these positions. Along that, we've also reviewed the votes. Some were really close, and some were not-so-close. A couple years back, we decided that Staff+ and Member+ were both pooled in to determine the winner for each position. For this year, we've made it so that Staff+ was heavily weighted toward a certain candidate and the Members+ vote helped break close spots to see who fits the best spot for the position PLUS a better general vision to see who is the absolute best fit for that position. Without further ado, here are your new Executive Council and Council Board of Directors: Executive Council Executive Secretary: SPLINK Mentor: Duphin Executive Director of Internal Affairs: Chains Mentor: Thomasjosif Executive Director of External Affairs: PeaceMaker Mentor: B-Nye Council's Board of Directors Director of Gaming Divisions: NorthGrounds Mentor: Chains Director of Partnerships: Menoch Mentor: Homer Director of Community Engagement (HGCE): brgr Mentor: brgr Director of Development (HGDC): Misc2008 Mentor: Pyrrhic Congratulations to our new board members! It is highly encouraged to spam their wonderful profiles with juicy, top quality memes (also not forgetting to congratulate them!). Also, you may have noticed each position has a mentor. The goal of the mentor is to make sure that there is a smooth transition between the old and new candidates. The winners of each position will take their full seat within a year while in the meantime, they are being trained by these Mentors. Once they have fully taken their spot as Director of X, then the mentors will be promoted to Senior Director (based on an evaluation if they succeed in their mentoring). Lead Directors are the current second year term elects. As HG further progresses into the future, I'm looking forward for these candidates to express their ideas to benefit HG in every single way possible. I look forward to their hard work for these Board members. It was a pleasure leading this year's Elections, and I hope you will continue to support us throughout the years to come. Love you all, stay beautiful. Colinthe5 Executive Secretary, Lead Election Commissioner

  5. Congratulations everyone! I think that at the end of the day, we're all winners because we're all part of a great community of people! It's not about who won the race during this election; it was about those who made an effort to run it to their very best, and that's what counts!

  6. First of all, I do want to clarify that there are probably already multiple guides created on this topic, but as I looked through some of them, few actually contain pictures and a clear explanation of what the weapon/prop created does. So, here is an explanation of how the crafting system works in HellsGamers! (I've borrowed 2 images from an older guide on steam, here if you want to check that one out: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=400231875) [Thx Snow] Note (6/1/2020): Yea this needs to be updated, but uh, heh... Note (12/17/2020): Don't use this guide its very outdated, I quit HG a long time ago. ______________________________________________________________________________Meele Weapons / Tools SawHack Weapon: Wooden Axe + Saw Blade This weapon is less commonly used, as there are better weapons to use such as the Zewihandler and the Katana, which both does more damage and has more range than the Sawhack. + = Dual Saw-Blade: SawHack + Saw Blade This weapon is commonly crafted and used by Berserker mains, it deals great damage and can be swung at an incredible rate with the boost of the berserker trait. += The Megamasher: Explosive Barrel + Sledgehammer Less commonly crafted and used, but is a very strong weapon that can knock zombies back away from the cade and deals good damage. + = The Electro Hammer: Battery + Carpenters Hammer A superior version of the Carpenters Hammer that repairs more health to props, although not many people craft this tool as it can be bought from a supply crate, and also why would you waste a battery on this? + = The Bust-On-A-Stick: Plank + American Statue Looking Thing that is Nowhere to be Found Anymore Another melee weapon that has mediocre damage, range, and attack rate, don't bother crafting this. + = ______________________________________________________________________________Props Explosive Barrel = Canister + Barrel This prop can be used to craft the Megamasher, pretty useful. + = Bigger Wooden Box = Small Wooden Box + Small Wooden Box I guess you can use this to make a better cade? no wait yea this is useless. + = ______________________________________________________________________________Guns Dual Sprayer UZI = Sprayer' UZI + Sprayer' UZI A reliable dual wielded weapon that contains 80 bullets, it has a fast reload speed with high firerate and mediocre damage, certainly burns through ammo, but is definitely a weapon worth trying out. (Note: you can also get this weapon by redeeming.) + = Photon' Laser Crossbow = Impaler' Crossbow + Battery Certainly one of the best guns you can craft with a battery, this weapon shreds through groups of zombies like a real champ in a damp, although its ammo is expensive, you can impale a total of 20+ zombies at once which can give you an damage output of 3000+ with a single crossbow bolt if the shot is timed and positioned correctly. + = Protheium Magnum = Ricochet' Magnum + Battery One of the most commonly crafted weapons in the first wave, it deals good damage, has an extremely high accuracy which means that if you put your crosshair on your target, your shot will not miss. + = (Shitty photoshop, looks close enough) Redeemers Dual Handgun = Peashooter + Peashooter A weapon you will most likely receive when you redeem, but you can actually craft it, if you did not know that. This weapon is mediocre at best, do not bother crafting this weapon as it is a pain in the ass to find two peashooters.(Even if you waste worth menu points to buy one.) + = Wicked' Boomstick = Boomstick + Battery At last, we have the wicked boomstick, a great weapon for dealing high damage to bosses, but requires 6 shells put in at once to maximize its power. Overall, its a great weapon and definitely worth crafting if you still have your battery by Wave 3 intermission. + = (shitty photoshop again don't judge) Obliterator Mingun = Hurricane Machine Gun + Grim Reaper Machine Gun A quite expensive heavy weapon to make, but it deals massive damage to the undead and can wipe a horde of zombies in a matter of seconds. + = Precision Railgun = Gluon Laser Beam + Photon Crossbow Again a very expensive weapon to make, but it does have its benefits, with its ability to one shot over 50% of the zombies classes and basically unlimited penetration, this weapon can be extremely deadly in some situations. NO LONGER CRAFTABLE! + = _________________________________________________________

  8. I think bhop is part of what makes these servers unique, bhop(along with the community) is the reason ive played so much on these servers. It brings a whole another dimention to the game. I actually learned to bhop on the cs_office server - watching other players, copying their movements and asking for advice, and I've enjoyed my journey from the non-bhopper that I was to the bhopper I am today. I think your argument goes both ways, bhop makes some players leave the server and makes some stay on the server - and its the reason I stayed. The servers wasnt just like any other servers. You can adapt to these bhoppers, killing players such as SMD, BOSCH, alienware, bhop scripts, sherlock, dragonslayer from the top of my head - that I believe have adapted, is not easy, even if I bhop or not. Many players also just picks up a para or p90 and completely obliterate me me when i start bhopping lol. And I would claim practising killing bhoppers will make you a better player in general, it makes you more alert and faster. It certainly made me better. I guess it's pointless arguing with you, looks like you have already made up your mind since you describe every argument defending bhop as not valid ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ And im curious, do you remember some of these bhoppers names? Cause most of them will prob slaughter you with or without bhopping.

  15. Traits This is a pocket-hand guide to what traits are and all the traits available in-game. This guide is not yet complete! Traits are perks that both humans and zombies can use to do a variety of things such as debuffing enemies, buffing allies, improving base stats, and gaining resistance(s) to certain types of damage. Both the human and zombie teams have their own respective trait systems, but the traits themselves have the same basic functionality. Humans Humans have access to all their traits in the game, which can be bought from The Worth Menu, but only before Wave 1 starts. Human traits fall into 6 categories: Defensive: specializes in immunities, resistances, and self-recovery. Offensive: specializes in damage potential and power. Melee: specializes in melee-only bonuses. Performance: specializes in base stat upgrades and movement bonuses. Support: specializes in supporting allies and boosting team defense potential. Special: specializes in unique abilities that apply only to the player. Defensive The traits below specialize in immunities, resistances, and self-recovery. Ghoul Hunter - Ghoul slow debuff effectiveness reduced by 50% (15 Worth). Neuro-Fiber Armor - Regenerate 0.5 Armor points/ second up to a maximum of 50 Armor. When taking damage, regeneration stops for 5 seconds (45 Worth). Tough - Increases health by 25 points (20 Worth). Vaccination - Can no longer be blinded by poison attacks (15 Worth). Regenerative - When below 75% health, regenerate 1 health point/ 5 seconds (25 Worth). Resistant - Poison damage progresses 2x slower (20 Worth). Offensive The traits below specialize in damage potential and power. Demolitionist - Increases explosion radius by 15% and explosion damage by 35% (30 Worth). Sharp Shooter - Increases universal weapon accuracy by 5% (10 Worth). AWPer Hands - Increases universal weapon accuracy by 10% (15 Worth). Berserker - Receive boosts in attack speed as your health drops, up to a maximum 58% boost, but be immune to all sources of healing except for self-healing (40 Worth). Keyboard Warrior - Decreases universal weapon reload time by 10% (15 Worth). Sleight of Hand - Decreases universal weapon reload time by 5% (10 Worth). Melee The trait(s) below specialize in melee-only bonuses. Heavy Hitter - Increases melee weapon damage by 50% (30 Worth). Performance The traits below specialize in base stat upgrades and movement bonuses. Fit - Increases health by 10 points (10 Worth). Quick - Slightly increases movement speed (10 Worth). Long Fall Boots - Reduces damage from fatal falls (25 Worth). Surged - Greatly increases movement speed (15 Worth). Support The traits below specialize in supporting allies and boosting team defense potential. Buff - Allows full movement speed when holding heavy props (15 Worth). Armament - Healing effectiveness with medic guns reduced by 10%, but can restore Armor with every heal (30 Worth). Defender - Healing players gives them a temporary speed/defense/attack boost (45 Worth). Compound Z - Healing with a medical kit also removes any debuffs (35 Worth). Prodigy - Allows props that you nail to hold 5 maximum nails (35 Worth). Surgeon - Increases healing and self-healing effectiveness by 30% (25 Worth). Handy - Increases repair rate by 25% (25 Worth). Architect - Increases repair rate by 35% (40 Worth). Adrenaline - Taking damage from zombies creates a temporary speed boost (15 Worth). Special These traits specialize in unique abilities that apply only to the player. Scavenger - Weapon/ammo drops can be seen from anywhere on the map (20 Worth). Veteran - No longer shake when low on health (25 Worth). Returns Return traits act as self-inflicting debuffs that can be used to gain back some Worth in The Worth Menu. The effects of these traits are usually devastating and can completely disable certain actions. Note: the negative Worth values depict how much Worth the player gains from using return traits. Weakness - Decreases health by 30 points (-15 Worth). Finicky - Decreases universal weapon reload speed by 25% (-15 Worth). Faulty Loader - Decreases universal weapon fire rate by 25% (-15 Worth). Slowness - Movement speed is slightly reduced (-5 Worth). Palsy - Aiming ability is reduced the more health is missing (-5 Worth). Hemophilia - Can no longer be healed from any source (-15 Worth). Banned for Life - Can no longer buy anything from the Arsenal Crate (-25 Worth). Clumsy - Taking any form of damage almost guarantees being knocked down (-25 Worth). Wide Load - Can no longer "ghost" through nailed props and barricades (-20 Worth). Non-Materialistic - Can no longer pick up props (-15 Worth). Zombies Zombies have access to all their traits in the game, all of which can be bought from the Blood Cradle, Unlike human traits, however, they aren't as easily attainable, as they are all locked when Wave 1 starts and require Barricade Points to purchase. These traits do not fall under any categories, as they all work towards an offensive to destroy the humans. The traits below can all be found in the Blood Cradle, and they will be ranked from least to most expensive. Bloody Hopper - Allows for higher jumping distance (500 BP). Extended Claws - Melee attack range increased by 10% (1000 BP). Fighting Spirit - Howler buff on zombies and Fear debuff on humans lasts longer (1000 BP).
